We are happy to exchange merchandise that is defective or damaged IF unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below..

We accept exchanges on damaged/defective items purchased on beautyplayground.uk only up to 14 days after the original purchase..

Please contact customer service at beautyplaygroundco@gmail.com and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions..

If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information..

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

If the incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout or if parcel is unclaimed for, customer will have to cover postage charge again to be resent the package once it is returned back to us.  Also in the case of incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, only cost of items purchased will be refunded. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
